When a pharmaceutical company ran this with forty people across three continents, the surprising thing was what people wrote down. Very little of it was technical. It was how to handle a difficult boss, how to look after a parent while holding down a job, how to use Instagram, how to talk to someone thirty years younger without either of you rolling your eyes. Put down whatever you actually want. There is no wrong answer.
