How I look after the people I work with.

Most people who have spoken to a recruiter share the same story. A good conversation, a CV sent, and then nothing. Here is how I work instead.

  1. 1

Your own private page, from the start

Once we have spoken, you have a page of your own. You do not need to be in a search for it. It holds what you told me you are looking for, roles I think could suit you, and notes from me. When you are in a search, each role appears there with where it stands. Your link is personal to you, so there is no login to remember.

  2. 2

Nothing goes anywhere without your say-so

Your page is how I keep you informed. It is not permission to share you. Before your name goes to a client, I ask you, role by role.

  3. 3

You read what I wrote about you

The client and you read the same submission, word for word, scores included. Nothing about you is said behind your back, and there are no surprises in the interview.

  4. 4

    Everything in one place

The role brief, interview details, preparation notes and documents sit on your page. You can send me your availability, an updated CV or a question from the same place.

  5. 5

    A straight answer either way

If it is a no, you hear it from me, with whatever feedback I can share. You keep your page, and I will tell you when something better suited comes up.

  6. 6

    After you start

I stay in touch through your first months. Starting a senior role is the point where support helps most and most recruiters disappear.
