Employers see your area, your age band, what you applied for, how far you got and what you want next. Not your name, not your email, not your CV.
If an employer wants to talk, you get an email and you decide. Say yes and they get your name and email. Say no and they are told no, nothing more.
Your record expires after a year unless you renew it, and we remind you a month before. Withdraw and your CV is deleted that minute.
